As per PCI guidelines, the exit exam is mandatory for candidates who have taken admission in the Diploma in Pharmacy program for the academic session 2022-2023 or later. The D.Pharm candidates admitted in 2022-23 and passed in 2023-24, kindly apply through Provisional Registration option after Login. The Provisional Registration shall be valid for One year or till result of Exit Exam, whichever is sooner.
